Booking Policy

Simple and transparent booking policies to ensure a smooth rental experience

Our booking policy outlines the reservation process, payment terms, modification rules, and other important details to provide clarity and convenience for our customers. Please review the policy before making a reservation.

Article 1: Reservation Process

  1. Online Booking: Customers can reserve vehicles through our official website by selecting the vehicle type, rental dates, and payment method.

  2. Contact Booking: Alternatively, reservations can be made via phone, email, or messaging platforms like LINE and WeChat.

  3. Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from our team.

Article 2: Payment Terms

  1. Payment Timing: Customers can choose to pay at the time of booking online or in person at the pick-up location.

  2. Payment Methods: Accepted methods include cash, credit card, and bank transfer.

  3. Additional Fees: Charges for add-ons like child seats or changes in rental duration will be included in the final invoice.

Article 3: Modification and Cancellation

  1. Modifications:

    • Changes (e.g., vehicle type or rental duration) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Modifications are subject to availability.

  2. Cancellations:

    • Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the pick-up time.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee, calculated as a percentage of the total rental amount.

Article 4: Pick-Up and Return Policy

  1. Pick-Up Requirements:

    • Customers must present a valid driver’s license and passport (if applicable).

    • Ensure the license meets the legal driving requirements in Japan.

  2. Return Policy:

    • Vehicles must be returned on time and at the agreed location.

    • Late returns will result in additional charges.

Article 5: No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be canceled without a refund.

Article 6: Insurance and Coverage

  1. Basic Insurance: All rental cars come with standard insurance coverage.

  2. Additional Coverage: Customers can opt for extra insurance at the time of booking or pick-up to reduce liability in case of accidents.

  3. Customer Responsibility: Any damages outside the insurance coverage must be paid by the customer.

Article 7: Other Important Terms

  1. Prohibited Usage: The rental car must not be used for racing, off-road activities, or illegal purposes.

  2. Fuel Policy: Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Refueling charges will apply otherwise.

  3. Vehicle Condition: Customers are advised to inspect the car at pick-up and report any issues immediately.
