Cancellation Policy

Transparent cancellation terms to accommodate your needs

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness when managing reservation cancellations. Below are the cancellation terms, including applicable fees based on the timing of your cancellation.

Article 1: Free Cancellation Period

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date.

Article 2: Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made 6 to 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental cost.

 

Cancellations made 2 to 1 day before the scheduled pick-up date will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total rental cost.

 

Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled pick-up will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.

 

 

Article 3: No-Show Policy

If the vehicle is not collected within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

 

In such cases, the reservation may be canceled, and applicable cancellation fees will be charged.

 

Article 4: Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters or emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

 

Requests for waivers must be submitted with supporting documentation.

 

Article 5: Refund Process

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed as follows:

 

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will appear within 5–10 business days.

 

Cash Payments: Refunds must be collected at the pick-up location.

 

Refund amounts will exclude applicable cancellation fees.
