- 06If cancellation is due to non-force majeure reasons, the following fees apply: • 7+ days before pick-up: Free. • 6–3 days before pick-up: 20%. • 2 days–1 day before pick-up: 30%. • Same day: 50%. If the rental car is not picked up within 1 hour of the reservation time and no prior contact is made, it will be treated as a cancellation.
